When first gaining traction with my business, I was fortunate enough to partner with the National Alliance of Mental Illness (NAMI) of Flagstaff. This allowed me to not only gain more experience, but work with a population that has a profound effect on me. I have seen many of my clients’ lives change for the better solely due to exercise. Witnessing my clients grow and blossom into the person they want to be, inside and out, is the reason I do what I do. The amazing experiences I’ve had with this population have made me grow professionally, personally, and in my own physical and mental health journey. It is safe to say that this is the backbone to my business.
